I bought packaging for a return item from this UPS store as the UPS employee instructed, then three weeks later I never got a refund and when I contacted UPS they claim the package was not properly sealed and was DAMAGED and REFUSE to give me a refund on the item that they damaged during the return shipment, UPS is seriously blaming ME after purchasing UPS SHIPPING PACKAGING. This is sick business.

I use this store all the time for my UPS needs and they've always been amazing. I'm writing a review because they're employees are amazing. Forrest and crew are super friendly that will address any problems you have and create a solution that'll satisfy you. Amazing UPS store.

Kudos to UPS for running a generator to stay open without power. But riddle me this - I brought a package that was addressed to the prior owner of my house so it could be returned. The UPS employee says, with attitude, “I can’t take it, but I’ll give you a number to call and have it picked up.” So you want me to drive home, call UPS, and a UPS truck will drive to my house to pick it up? How does this makes sense? New update - 2 days later - UPS RE-DELIVERED the same package with a 1-800 number written on it. So the UPS employee, who is part owner, just paid to deliver a package TWICE to the wrong address and wants me to have a truck out a third time to then deliver it to proper address?!? LUDICROUS.
