put old tags on car drive to DMV ..they give temporary paper to get inspection done then GO BACK get permanent tags alot of work money

When I search on google. It say the they’re open. When I get there it’s closed.. Monday 18 April/22

Some businesses close on Easter Mondays as well as Good Fridays! That may be the reason for them being closed due to being a Government Official Business!!

Do you still have to make appointments with DMV at the moment? Or can I just walk in ?

I think you can go into any License Plate Agency in NC to pay your vehicle property taxes or you can pay online.
