They do not have spaces for RVs to live in. Manufactured home park only.
Its between $600 to $780 depending on what size garbage you want and other things that they add to every ones rent bill that month. sewage, trash ( if you want a bigger trash can then standard then you pay extra on the rent based off what bigger size you want ) use to be water but now the water is a group bill, you pay electric and gas if you have gas. When renting a space ( you must buy the mobile home ) you get to use the clubhouse and its pool, hot tub, sauna, library, basketball and tennis courts, playground, pool table, weight lifting/ exercise room and more. Plus they have night watch to help you feel safe.

If they have rentals it's by the owner of the home not the park. Call the office, they could give you more info
You either bring your own and just rent a space or sublet or rent a mobile home from someone else who's already renting a space. It's a little pricey for a mobile home park but there are amenities and security.
