Love living here!! It’s amazing !!! Quiet and peaceful and beautiful. No junker cars parked all over, kept up pretty nicely, nice people. A little bit like living in the country, but close to shopping and restaurants.

They allow a dog. Space rent unknown possibly $450
I don't think so, there are space rental fees as far as one resident told us when we drove in and asked.

We lived there for two years. Be sure to be aware of potential issues surrounding owning a manufactured home in a park where you do not own the ground under your home. Your rights are very limited. I will not own a manufactured home again unless I own the ground it is on!
