The worst customer service and treatmebt you can possibly imagine. Never answer there phones and rarely get back to you if you leave a message. will change your appt. time without proper notification. treat there clients like cattle and if you do show up on time for your appt. expect to wait around half the day. If you have an alternative to this place i recommend you take it. Unfirtunately many dont.

Dr Jared Thomas is not a good doctor. I told him that my pain medicine wasn't working and that I needed something stronger and he asked me if I wasn't getting high enough Meantime I've got scoliosis in my spine bone spurs disc degenerative disease and constant dislocations of my shoulders and knees Why would his response be that I'm not getting high enough And he wants to know if I'm not getting high enough

Steer clear of this clinic! Dealing with Pain Management Specialists of Southern Oregon was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the health care system. I will not detail my personal experience here but I am so glad that I canceled my first and any subsequent appointments with them. The office staff is clearly running the business. They are rude, do not return phone calls, and if you call more than once you are transferred straight to a voicemail that never returns your calls. Unfortunately for all, these behaviors come straight down from the top. Their horrific Google reviews over the past year about their staff, the months-long waits for appointments with those being canceled and re-scheduled even further out, the time to refill prescriptions and/or their refusal to do so, and much more is astounding. Coincidentally, according to their negative Google reviews, Pain Management Specialists of Southern Oregon acquired Quave Clinic approximately one year ago and even with management’s responses stating that they’re “going to work” at getting better they are still as ill-equipped as ever to have acquired Quave Clinic. Their reviews over the past year are 95% negative and prior to the acquisition both Quave Clinic & Pain Management Specialists of Southern Oregon had excellent Google reviews. Once again, steer clear of Pain Management Specialists of Southern Oregon!
