The rent is approximate 460 a month. Then you add your water and sewer which brings it over 500. Plus a fee for them to read the water meter from a satellite dish.
About a few weeks after the fire I was at my dads and we were putting carpet in DADS MOBILE and we went to dads and there was water shooting out in back yard. Coming out the front yard. I went to neighbors to ask her to call landlord. Since he never return calls. I heard her on the phone with him and he said hes gonna make me wait. The cell phone has microphone. I heard him loud and clear.
