Ended up spilling water in the store, but the reaction of the crew were swift, immediate and professional. They identified the spill, disposed of the object that caused it, put up a warning of wet floor immediately, rinsed and wipes the products back to pristine state and went on with their business. Ended up purchasing a LaCie SSD for a reasonable price (surprisingly cheaper than if delivered by Amazon). Overall this experience was pretty damn great.

Gorgeous store. Prices are higher than what you think, add tax and you get crazy numbers, but one thing about Apple, they work for years with no problems.

Amanda (1995) is a genius! She helped me so patiently despite I could have had too many questions and like 6 computers that need help with… Your store is so lucky to have such a nice employee like Amanda here. 🙂 Thank you for supporting your “crazy” Apple 🍎 loyal fan like me. Goooo genius ladies in tech. 💪🏻😎

Yes you can. You can even do it online.
If you go through Apple's support site and click through everything that it asks you about the device that you need help with it will eventually ask you which location you want to set the reservation at.
You can't anymore. Just show up.
Apple no longer has private classes. I do recommend taking their beginning class
Yes there are. I suggest that a) check YouTube, and b) you walk in to Apple Storr and ask at a quiet period (check Google to find quiet time). Apple agents love to talk, help, share, compare.
Depends on what they have in stock
Yes
Unfortunately you may have better luck posting this question on the Apple Support forums. The questions and answers here are more so geared towards the physical businesses (eg. "Do I need an appointment/reservation?","Is this olace casual dress?" Etc.)
They do accept iphones for battery replacements.
Yes
To make an appointment you'll have to go through Apple's support site, pick the device or software that you need help with, and see if your problem is listed. From there you can generally support and select to have it done via the Genius Bar. It'll probably ask you for your Apple ID and you can see the available appointments for a given location.
