Site says it's open until 4:30 -- not accurate! Signs on the door say they close at 4:15. FYI You will probably see the playground from a distance before seeing the South Waverly Borough building where Photo Center is located. Wish they offered 2 days a week. If the budget is the problem, maybe a half day in the morning and then on another day have a half day in the afternoon.

The older lady that runs this place is very sarcastic and arrogant. I am a female and a 20 year military veteran. I had marked that I am a veteran on my license paperwork. She looked at me and asked if I really was a veteran. I told her I was and showed her my retired military ID card. Why would I put that on there if I wasn’t? Perhaps she doesn’t believe women go in the military. Actually, she should be removed from that position. Not at all a good face for The DMV.

No. This office can replace a lost or stolen DL or give you a renewal. It CAN NOT issue you a new DL.... Closest penndot office that can is monroeton (near towanda)
