Nicer than most trailer parks we've seen, lots of activity in the neighborhood, seems safe. Nice access to 580 freeway & shopping nearby. We liked how many of the owners take pride in their neighborhood and their individual trailers with unique and interesting decorations. Lots of potted plants and flowers beautify the neighborhood.

It would be super nice if they re-opened the swimming pool that the people who live there pay for! They have someone keep it up so what is the hold up?

Are there any rentals here, or do you have to purchase? If there are rentals what is a price range I should look for? Is there a minimum age limit to live in the community? I am 55, no children would be living with me, mine are grown. Grd sn vst
