We bought an electric pallet jack from this company a little under a year ago, and we have gotten about 20 hours of usage out of it. About a week of light use after we bought it, it stopped working. We called them to make repairs on the unit, which they did. When we got the unit back, it broke down again within a day, and we had to call them again. This cycle has repeated about 5 times over the last year, and I am writing this review after the unit has broken down again for the 5th time. Things to note before you buy: 1. All sales are final 2. They will only repair, not replace your broken unit We feel like we have been scammed by this company. As a previous reviewer stated, the way they do things is morally corrupt.
