I had a wonderful experience with Cornerstone Legal. Julie was extremely proficient, bright, and attentive to my legal matter, assisting me in jargon and documents that I am not familiar with. I strongly recommend using her expertise and service.

Julie at Cornerstone completed a Trust, Will, Power of Attorney and Health Directive for me in a painless fashion. I procrastinated for years, dreading to think about completing such important personal documents. Julie expedited the process in a painless, competent fashion. Her mobile office and flexible hours cannot be understated. I highly recommend Cornerstone for all your legal document preparation.

Hello CP, thank you for your questions. Since I am not an attorney I cannot provide legal advice for your specific needs. I suggest you take a look at the CA Superior Court website in the "Wills, Estates, and Probate" topic section under the website probate area. There you will see numerous links to Wills, Trusts, Probate, etc. with the goal being that your loved ones will not have to go through probate to transfer or inherit property from the person who has died when your estate plan is in order. These documents also allow you to put the necessary people in place to assist you when you can no longer make your own financial and medical decisions. NOLO Press is another source for information about creating estate documents. A Legal Document Assistant can prepare your documents once you know what you want. I can also send you some documentation provided by CALDA.org regarding estate planning. Feel free to contact us directly so we can assist you with your needs and give exact pricing.
Hi Dan, Yes I provide notarial services. Thank you, Julie
Hello RP thank you for contacting us. The average cost to file an uncontested dissolution is between $895 - $1295. There is an additional court filing fee of $435 (unless the petitioner qualifies for a fee waiver). This includes preparing all the court forms and completing the 3 filings in the court. Keep in mind that each dissolution is unique in terms of the necessary forms for child visitation and support, spousal support or termination, property orders, etc. Feel free to contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.
