Phenomenally friendly and professional customer service. The greatest ever staff, even the manager and assistant manager are pretty darn good (Actually beyond awesome). Although, one not so good thing is they do not have sufficient room to really maximize profits and offer students more options. Especially, tech gear, personal hygiene stuff, better school clothing options, and microwavable and refrigerated foods.

The bookstore is clean and organized. The staff is helpful. But then there’s this… - I went with my daughter to pick up next semester’s books, and at the same time we wanted to sell back a book from last semester. Upon receiving her new books at the pick up counter, the staff said she needed to go to the front counter to sell back books. We waited in line at the front counter, ultimately to be told she needed to have her physical school ID (which hadn’t been processed yet due to online classes) to sell back books. (You can pick up books without your ID, but can’t sell any back without your ID. 🤔 - So then we had to walk to the Admin office and wait in a brief line there to get her photo and ID (the ID process itself was surprisingly quick). - We walked back to the bookstore and waited in line for the 4th time that day only to be told that the book we were attempting to sell back was no longer used by the school and was now only worth $0.50!!! … so we donated it to the Veteran’s Office. Just seems like the store needs to update their processes.

Buy back of books has very strict rules they might as well say they cannot buy back the books. Manager said they cannot buy back the book once the plastic cover is removed. So if a student used the book for a week and dropped the class, then the book cannot be bought back. But they don't say that when you buy the book.
