It depends where company they send you to. They are staffing agencies that send people to different companies.
Yes. They got different variety of jobs and different shifts, but that company is mess up. They hardly pay you and you'll get lay off quick if you're not lucky.

It depends on what job they're sending you to. If it's a medical type job, most likely they will do drugs test. But mostly on almost every job they don't do drug test.
You can get your W2 by calling the agency that hired you or go to their office or your job office and ask your manager for your W2.
