Employee told me they had the buy one get one for one dollar. Then when the bill came up he tried to charge double. The manager lied saying she wasn't responsible for what her employees tell customers. Rather than be honest and admit the mistake they break the law and try to bait and switch prices.

This place is a dump I asked for a deluxe spicy crispie chicken sandwich a meal+ a filled of fish The chicken sandwich had lot's of hot spicy salad dressing or chippotle + a little piece of a burn dehydrated piece of chicken +1small slice of sweet pickle a large oily and salted 🍟 total$17 dollars Very 😡 upset plus filet of fish was still frozen not well cooked 😕 all that went to the garbage i didn't want to go inside and make a complaint I'm over never again visit this horrible places... Nothing like before Now no tomatoes onions lettuce Nothing like that anymore... A garbage 🗑 place

What I don’t understand is why people work in customer service and then treat customers like they are a nuance to their day. There is an employee, who I’m pretty sure is the manager.. couldn’t see her name tag ever who likes to be funny in Spanish and make comments because I asked for water? Complaining that I asked for it at the door pick up window when I really asked for it when I paid.& then she hands me the water and tells me to hurry up at least 5 times. I was there a few days ago too and she started talking about me in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand her and tried to park me when all I ordered was a muffin. So I told her and she said yes go park and I said no, so she goes and grabs my muffin…. I don’t get it. I get it’s fast food, but that’s just standard as a human being. I’m making sure people drive a little longer and head to McDonald’s on university.
