The prices are always wrong . I really hate to complain to workers but I feel cheated paying double the price when the price tag says something different. This happens ALL the time . If something says 2.99 but gets scanned as 5.99 that's complete BS. Especially for people like me that aren't exactly rich.

Brought a bottle of vine to return, they say NO. I said just purchased today, then she calls manager and says "It is California LAW", no return on any alcohol, "like on gift cards". Interesting... Went online, says normal return policy on alcohol, like ANY other merchandise. Called my local Mountain View Target, they confirmed that should be NO PROBLEM returning. Calling Palo Alto Target, and guess what? Nobody picks up the phone, in ANY department, including Guest Services. Conclusion? Don't go to this particular location if you need Target, it is TERRIBLE!!

I am writing this review to thank you Target to being cared for their customers ! I’d be buying usually from them once or twice in a week and they’d always offer complimentary masks ! How kind you are ?you and your store is number one in us ! You know how treat with your customers ! I am run out of words to praise you ! Thank you East Palo Alto target ! (All staffs and management) oh today they offered me a N95 mask!
