They don’t offer packaging tape to tape up the boxes they provide. I’m not going to pay 5.99 for one roll of packing tape for a single package. Every other USPS I’ve been to offers a packaging tape role for customers that are packaging their shipments with the provided boxes so they can assemble it. What’s the point of having boxes to assemble if they don’t provide tape to do so? I’m on work travel I’m not about to buy and entire role of packaging tape to ship one small box. Not to mention the lady at the counter is telling me my package isn’t boxed right and the contents with fall through. Well no s**t that’s why it needs packing tape?? Would stay away from this USPS, clearly they make things difficult for no reason.

This is the worst post office possible. Carolyn is the rudest sales associate ever and should be fired. After speaking with her in a nice manner about not receiving mail for the past 3 months she decided to ignore me when I asked to speak to a manager. I’d been to the post office 3 times over the past 3 weeks and still nothing was done to resolve this issue. Carolyn told me I was not allowed to speak to manager and then ignored me and called the next customer. She’s absolutely terrible and should be fired immediately.

I use this post office all the time. The staff there is very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Three staff members I have gotten to know pretty well. They always help me find the cheapest way to mail something. Today one of them noticed that I had too much postage on one envelope and not enough on another one. I said I would buy more stamps to cover the one that was low, but she instead gently peeled the extra stamp off my over-stamped letter and put the stamp on my under-stamped letter! They often do kind things like that for me and I'm so grateful. Today a woman was yelling at one of my favorite staff members - I wish I'd been able to think of what to say to defend the staff. Please, can we all remember that our USPS workers have to follow rules - they can't change rules for us (that's what this woman wanted today). Also, the USPS worked extremely hard to make sure our mail-in ballots got delivered on time even when they had many obstacles put in their way. Thank you USPS! -- One week later, I went back to the post office again today and there was yet another extremely rude customer! I don't know how the staff stays so calm and helpful. This time the rude customer refused to wear a mask even though it is required and the post office was full -- two of us asked her politely to wear it and she just said, "I'm staying six feet away" and shrugged. The post office worker asked her and she complied. This same worker was so helpful, saved me money and helped the people ahead of me with sealing up their package. Wish I could give another 5 stars!

Not sure but i wouldn't count on it, that is by far the worst Post Office I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
