DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Binghamton

We were in and out in 1 night. The room was clean and everything was what you expect for a Doubletree. There were some restaurants and a walking path by the river close by which was a plus. The property is currently under some construction. It didn’t bother us or disrupt our stay but it will be nice for future travelers to have some updates. My significant other said the cookies were as good as they always are. If we were in the area again we would stay here again.

The hotel itself is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable. It's close to some great things to see in Binghamton. However, at night the area felt too sketchy to walk around. I chose room service or a delivery service.

Room and lobby were exceptionally nice. Breakfast was good. Some renovations being done on other floors, but my room and floor were perfect, as was the view. Couple very good restaurants right around the corner, but generally speaking it’s not a very nice area.

Great location, beautiful view. Its close enough to major travel roads to get anywhere pretty efficiently. I shared a room with 2 queen beds with another adult. The room was actually very spacious, so it didn't feel like we were in each other's space at all. The bathroom was nice too, with a large bathtub and shelving under the sink for accessories/ toiletries (there was a hair dryer provided on the bottom shelf). Finally there are a few other facts I wanted to mention, such as; A big closet by the front door , TV, refrigerator, the windows don't open obviously, and the breakfast by the lobby was great.
