Positive: The staff on desk was very nice and very accommodating cuz I'm working out to help the city they gave me a good room the second time around Negative: The floor is sticky and it's not like smoking the first room

Positive: Nothing Negative: The place was very old and outdated. Odd smells. Contenental breakfast consisted of waffles and roster items. Som people can't eat that. No eggs, sausage or fruit that's not Continental that's truckstop quick. The maid came to my room at 930, check out 11

The girl at check in was extremely unwelcoming. I was given incorrect information regarding the Incidental Hold on my card. I was handed 2 keys in a manilla envelope with room. Number and wifi password. No explanation about amenities. Terrible customer service. The Room was below basic. Carpet not glued to floor. hair in shower. The sheets on both beds had some kind of stains. The Hotel itself looks like no one' cares. Desolate and unkempt. As a Choice brand your property should be down graded to a Rodeway Inn. I understand how difficult this Industry is. That does not mean Poor Customer Service and Neglect are acceptable excuses. Train your staff on Customer Service 101. Take pride in your property. This was definitely NOT a Quality Inn.

Positive: Just getting out of semitruck for a night Negative: Site says there is a gym and laundry. Gym closed, laundry closed also. Only reason we picked this location. Had to go to laundromat to wash clothes. Maid looked cracked out crouching in corner outside smoking cigarettes.tiles falling from ceiling
