Wow.. I have to been a huge fan of Boston market for many years. But I have to say this has been one of the worst yet. The cashier does not greet you nor did know anything about the menu layout. The person cutting the chicken in the back had her Bluetooth headset in the whole time and was not listening to what another employee ( in sweatpants and Crocs) was telling her about the orders. I ended up waiting for over 10 minutes just a whole chicken and a small side of veggies. I am sorry Boston market but the people you at this location are lacking customer service, and professionalism. I did not even get a thank you when I was handed the chicken like it was a garbage bag. I even felt embarrassed for them. Please do better, re-train and enforce those values that have kept you in business these many years.

Meal was ready quickly. Ate in but place was cold. Food(half chicken + mac&cheese and creamed spinach) was good. But corn bread was cold.

Great food, when they are open for dine-in customers. I attempted to eat at Mt Holly location, asked staff over phone if they were open. He did not clarify saying only drive thru. I showed up, and left, frustrated. Google Maps indicates this location has dine-in. Feh.
