Fair at best! This Mart should be an asset (community resource). But instead, provide many harmful and paraphernalia such as: 1. The "Love Rose" - a clear glass 3" cylinder with a rose inserted inside; used to smoke crack. 2. Black and Mild cigars - used to pack with crack, heroin, and/or marijuana. 3. Blunt cigars - unrolled to smoke marijuana & cocaine. These products are in high demand for the addiction community and are readily available for purchase all hours of the day. Right under the noses of law enforcement & the business community on Mill Street. A detriment to the community.
