The customer service was really good, representatives were very friendly. However, make sure you THOROUGHLY inspect your rental, not just for body damage, but check the tires/ride before you make a trip. We were given a vehicle with an unacceptable amount of tread on one of the tires, and it blew out 2 miles down the turnpike. Enterprise cannot get road side assistance on the turnpike, so you will be on your own.

This location is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. They met me with a car right at the collision center and made sure I was happy with the vehicle.

So every Enterprise in NJ was out of cars Saturday off labor day weekend. Not only did this one have multiple cars, with all the people there to rent they still got you in n out no complaints very fast. Any questions or road blocks they still worked with u so you left with a car. N they were professional. Over n hour away from me n i love this place. Best rental experience ever.. oh i even had to cancel my reservation n redo it under someone else's name. Most robot employees these days would do that n then tell you the cancel caused you to lose the car. Enjoy your hour n 15 min ride home. Not them. So I'm taking the time to write them a Jersey review in the positive
