I've been here for about 2 years or so. Staff and maintenance has been good for the most part. My main gripe with this place has been the extremely paper thin walls. Any time my neighbors speaks, sneezes, watches tv, etc. Got to the point where I had to get two different sound systems (one for the bedroom / living room) to drown out the noise. No joke. So if you value your peace, quiet, and privacy then I would highly suggest avoiding this place.

Been here 6 years no complaints. Leasing staff and maintenance are very friendly and work in a timely matter... As for the leasing staff you gotta watch out they like to play good landlord bad landlord lol Kristin and Theresa don't get caught in the middle lol jk na they're very nice and are willing to work with you. All the maintenance are nice... they make most problems a quick fix..

Kristen in the office is amazing! Super helpful and quick with answering any questions. The apartment complex is beautiful. The dog park is super nice. Definitely recommend moving here!!

Lumberton Apartments are the BEST apartment complex in the area. They have a great leasing and maintenance teams. When you live there, you feel like family. Great location near JBMDL and shopping in Mt. Laurel and Cherry Hill. Beautiful property with a huge pool open in the summer. 10/10 would recommend living here!
