Every time I go to this location it’s like I’m bothering them by placing my order. I ordered two meals nothing complicated. The girl over the speaker asked me if there was anything else that I needed When I said yes she said “ugh! hold on I have a customer “ and then came back to take the rest of the order taking deep breaths over the speaker. It was kind of humorous I have never been in a situation where an employee shows the customer how annoyed they are by doing their job. I say if you can’t do customer service DO NOT work in customer service!!! This is not a problem with being a shortstaffed this is a problem with it being at work but not wanting to work. Unfortunately sometimes I do have to stop there regardless :/ the kids I take care of love Burger King.

this bk is so bad. all of the food is pre-made and sits forever. the sandwhich and fries I ordered was dried out from sitting so long. I wondered why on a sunday why there was no line in the drive thru, and no one inside

Burger king in lumberton is awful. It always looks closed and they always out of stuff. Need a new GM at this location. Also they need to hire some more people, never have enough staff working.

This BK and the one in Mt Holly needs to be SHUT DOWN by the owners or the HEALTH department immediately! Service is lousy and so is the food! Half cook burgers, never have whats on the menu...STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
