I feel the This is an Unjustly Bias System...continuing to hold an innicent individual. The video clearly shows the attacker but the DA intently claiming they forgot proper paperwork extending court another month on purpose so the innocent individual cannot attend school & keep him in the system further...The Judge upon finding out the truth lowered the bond but continue to hold him...UNJUSTLY...Re-Elect! Your Vote Counts!! Bote Corruption Out!! This Is Nit Cool To Abuse Your Authority!!

I had Judge Loretta Begen. My first day in the Family Law Court, She shouted at me : Do you speak English??? Do you need an interpreter?? I was sitting in the galley. She repeated herself and louder. I finally realized she was screaming at me. I happen to be Chinese and I am from Pennsylvania (born and raised). I was traumatized by her rudeness and obvious bias. She ruled against me every time even when I had evidence in my favor. She finally stopped when my best friend would show up as moral support. You see my friend was my deacon and a 70 year old Caucasian female who witnessed everything. No judge should ever have an excuse to scream at an individual in their court room. Judge Begen deserves no stars. My second Judge KW saw through the problem and really helped correct the injustice done by Judge Loretta Begen.

Business as usual for my last day in Stanislaus County court, after 3 court appearances in 1 years time, on this day I would be presenting my certificate of proof of my attendence and successful completion of a court ordered diversion program, so I thought it should be a happy, short day in court, but as always, because my last name start with a high letter, like a "W", today being no different, I was the last to walk out of court that day. Please consider a different and more fair order of appearance, name rotation.

Idk but you could probably call the clerk and ask or search for it on their website.
You should call the public defenders office to try to change your date on the calandar.
You can't publicly look up a warrant you have to call the sheriff's office and check that way or if you have a public defender you can call them and they can check for you or you could go to the court website put in your case number and your information and pull up your case and there's a possibility that it will say bench warrant issued and then that'll be another confirmation but as far as looking it up like on a specific database there's no such thing for public record
Stanislaus Superior Court Case Index. Type those words into Google. You can search by name or case number.
Yes, they are.
Thank you. Our phone system is so hard to understand thank you again
Traffic Ticket ?
Go to the county clerk's office. Its the same building but on the side with steps.
Call down to the courthouse and talk to room 140. Or you can check on the court case index on the website
Name changes are handled at the Clerk Recorder's office at the towers unless your name change was a part of the judgement of your divorce. In that case, the family law office can help.
They open at 8:00 to 4:00pm
