I went in for my sons birth certificate and the representative that helped us was super friendly and helpful. In fact everyone we encountered was courteous and friendly. It was a very quick and easy process.

Whatever your employer recommends. Also, it would be good to ask your primary care provider to see what he/she recommends for you in regards to immunizations.
