Absolutely terrible service! The lady helping me gave me lots of attitude because their scanner couldn't read the QR codes from Amazon. She eventually input the items and gave me my receipt, but Amazon is only showing returns of 1 item!!! So now I have to deal with figuring out what happened to my missing returns! I may even have to contact EGPD for fraud!!!

The definition of INCOMPETENCE comes from this company and is represented well by this local substation. On 04/25/22 I was expecting a package, I had ordered and paid extra for expeditious delivery so I could receive my package on the 25th. UPS was tasked with the delivery. I waited till 3pm and no package, so I checked the tracking number. The tracking number stated UPS attempted delivery, but I was not home, so package was rerouted to Bruceville substation. Funny I was home all day, and my security cameras never sent me an alarm of a delivery person at my door. They caught the landscaper, but not a delivery driver. 4:30 PM I went to Bruceville location after tracking number data stated package was delivered to Bruceville location at 3:33 PM. Giving time for employees to process inventory for my arrival. I arrived at Bruceville location and voiced my concerns, so other patrons could hear my frustration. As a driver lied about attempted delivery and at my apartment, we have delivery lockers at the office, purposefully available for delivery drivers to securely deliver. I gave my name to an employee, who miss-spelled my name 4 times and finally asked for the tracking number. Upon looking tracking number up, employee stated package would not be delivered to Bruceville location until 05/02. I explained that was not possible as my tracking number data stated my package was in their inventory. Employee stated my information must be wrong because her screen states a different date. After a heated debate about tracking numbers and the relevance of the data being given to me by their company, a second employee intervened. Second employee demanded my ID, after looking up my name, and an insisted inventory check, second employee located my package second package on the shelf in their package holding area just feet away from counter. As not having my ID was not enough evidence to prove that package was mine, she requested the address on the package. Which was funny because my full name was written in black marker on the side of package. As I left, I wished well to the other patrons, at least one other was upset at UPS over a lost package and they couldn't or wouldn't help her. I guess she wasn't as loud as I was about my disgust with UPS. They found my lost package! Update 05/02: UPS substation responded to my review, noting my complaints could be addressed with UPS corporate @ given 800 number, with future packages banded from local substation to avoid my disgust. Perhaps my message was received, no need to waste my time with corporate apologies and empty promises.

They charge you $1 to tape your box...FOR TAPE! Idk if it just this store, and probably is not that much but to charge $1 for tape that's ridiculous

Yes
I do believe they have someone who can notarize documents but I would call ahead.
