My package supposed to be delivered on the 8th of September in Elk Grove, instead the sent it back toSacramento than toRancho Cordova than back to ElkGrove on the 9th out to be delivered than find out it when back to theElk Grove office. I have been waiting for the board for my AC supply fan for 2 weeks now with out AC. Thi is ridiculous. USPS ID A JOKE.

Extremely slow service. They really need to hire more staff. There's only like one personal handling requests so if people have in issue that takes forever to solve then you'll be waiting a very long time. Unfortunately if I miss a package delivery it always gets routed here so I don't have a choice. It shouldn't take like 30+ minutes just to pick up a package.

This place is the love child from a train wreck and a dumpster fire! If you want to stand in 100 degree temperatures for 45min before having TWO walmart greeters operate a single button scanner, then this is the place for you!!!

You need to make a complaint to the postmaster in your local post office. Mention that you have a camera to prove it.
I've informed the Post Office at Longleaf about a broken key in lock a week ago and nothing has been done. The Post Office is still delivering and using the package box that has the broken key. Very frustrating that this is not addressed.

Pay for a key and list the box number.
I don't think this is a place to renew passports. It is a package pickup location only they don't even have a drop box for sending mail.
