Hi nice to meet you. I highly recommend this law office. They took my case step by step. They always kept me informed of how my case was going at all times. They always answered all my questions and doubts. When I went to Juárez they accompanied me throughout the process. Many thanks to Mendoza and Campos and especially to Obed and Aldo who treated me wonderfully.

I highly would recommend Gabriel Campos. Always personally answering my questions. The best teamwork from Stockton office to Ciudad Juárez office. My husband went for his appointment and did not struggle went and came very quick and easy for him. The best lawyer. I have recommended him to our family and friends. The best out there I must say.

Hi Alejandra, A person who has a U Visa in this country can request a Humanitarian permit to leave. It's application I-131. This is the only way we recommend that you apply before leaving. We do not recommend going out without permission.

Good afternoon, I'm from Argentina. I arrived in the US in 2001, I returned to Argentina on my own in August 2011. This year marks the 10th anniversary that I left the US. How do I process a visa? Is it necessary to do a procedure to ask for forgiveness?

Hello Daniel, Applying for a Tourist Visa is going to be complicated because you already lived in the US without permission. So the officer at the consulate will not believe that you are coming to the US as a tourist because you have lived here before without permission. You can apply again but you will have to show a lot of evidence in your favor that you will return to Argentina if you are given the visa. Good luck.
