First time ever trying this place. I have to say the food is about average but the star of the show is the cheesecakes! Stacked layers of delicious flavors in the red velvet and Reese's peanut butter cheesecake. Do yourself a favor and get some cheesecake. The fried mac n cheese was heavy but good if you enjoy fried mac n cheese. The bread was a filler. The pasta of any kind was average. Just skip the meals and get the cheesecake.

Maaaaaan I forgot my waiters name but he was really awesome! He has a tattoo with the word mom on it and an 13 year old son and his favorite dish is the parmesan chicken. He was amazing and made the birthday girl feel so special. I would go back only to have him as our waiter. He kept checking on us and making sure we were okay. He even fixed my order when the chef added cilantro (he wasn’t supposed to add it) and he didn’t make me feel uncomfortable asking him, he even helped me pick a new dish. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely go back as long as he’s working there. He definitely deserves a raise or a bonus!!!

After walking in the mall and getting hungry, me and my daughter decided to eat here. First off, this place was insanely crowded and we wondered why there is only 1 hostess set up. As much business as this place gets, there should be kiosks throughout the mall to book a seat and/or the other opening needs to be up and running so that customers are not standing waiting for extended periods of time waiting to be seated. Our waiter was just OK and the food was good. Need better managed seating for busy times

Most locations will write 'Happy Birthday' in chocolate syrup on the perimeter of the plate AND have a group of wait staff sing as well. However, you're still required to pay for the dessert itself.
You can make reservations at the Cheesecake Factory from Monday to Thursday they do not accept reservations on Friday Saturday or Sunday.

They allow service animals, per the law, at other Cheesecake Factory restaurants so i assume they do at this one also. I doubt they allow non-service animals inside the restaurant. They may allow a well behaved pet on their patio. Best to give the restaurant a call and ask them their specific policy.
Yes evenings expecially weekend very busy I would recommend a reservation. Was there on Saturday afternoon took about 20 minutes to get a table. Wasn't bad just saying.
