It was a great meal with my daughter after a long day at a conference and a trip to the Lenox Square Mall. The food was cooked perfectly. The service and atmosphere were welcoming and relaxed. Jacobi was wonderful. I highly recommend Ruth Chris if you’re in the area.

The food was great as always but the service was so bad. Came in for my wife’s bday after a 5 hour flight. It took us 15 minutes, switching to the bar from a table AND interrupting the staff who were ignoring us to get a water. I got us a menu on my own. Each time we needed to order or wanted help we had to ask servers who were working hard to avoid making eye contact. I go to Ruth’s because I expect to go to any one location anywhere and get exceptional food and service. Luckily my wife laughed it off but still, yuck!! Customers aren’t an inconvenience they are the reason for everything you do and every dollar you make.

Four of my friends where visiting from out of town staying at the hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant. I arrived later after they ordered. I sat down for about seven minutes without any server speaking to me and then the runner brought out the food but was confused about the pivot order and the server Paul came over to assist him and explain who's food was who's. I made a joke about understanding pivoting and Paul never spoke too me. He began to place the food on the table leaning over me. I turned my head so his arm pit wouldn't be in my face any more as he started to re-fill water glasses on the table after placing food plates on the table still not speaking to me at all. I patiently waited for him to acknowledge me at the table and asked if I wanted something to at least drink or order some food but I never got anything until another server from a different table noticed that I was just sitting there waiting and he asked me did I want anything and then I finally spoke to a supervisor. The supervisor did nothing the supervisor spoke to me and said it won’t happen again and then totally ignored me for the rest of the time there I never got to order any food because no other server came to the table. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had any restaurant in my life I would not recommend anybody ever to take their money to this particular establishment unless it is under new management. 3/24/22 9:01pm

We ordered Jan 1,2022 *****Don’t hesitate just come here or order to go ***** !!!!! ( The food is fire 🔥) My brother lives here in Atlanta and he has been coming here for years 5-6 . We decided to order the food and take it out and eat at home 🏡 ( it was a group of 7 ) we ordered the following. 1. Stuffed chicken breast with cheese is literally the best chicken 🐔 you will ever have in your life ! ( the way they cook 👩‍🍳 it is delicious, cooked and seasoned to perfection! ) Definitely order this no questions asked . 2. Mac and cheese 🧀 ( it’s creamy and lots of cheese ) ! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 3. Mash potatoes 🥔 are creamy and seasoned also Nicely! 4.Fried Spicy Shrimp 🍤 ( how do they make this magical thing is beyond me ! This is a must too. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5. Sea bass with sweet potato 🍠! ❤️🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️ 6.Calamari was so sweet and had a different taste I’ve never had before . ( definitely would recommend this appetizer! 7.Spinach - was tasty 👅 and everything you would expect in this ! 8.Bread 🥖🥖🥖🥖and butter 🧈- warm and the butter is so soft and buttery! ❤️🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 9.Asparagus- was fresh and crunchy! 🙌❤️❤️❤️❤️ Everything we ordered was made with love 💗 They provided napkins , utensils 🍴! Everything was Nicely organized 🙌❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for your service and the chef 👨‍🍳! Definitely recommend this place! Can’t wait to dress up and come eat at the restaurant ❤️ We parked valet and came inside to order ❤️🙌
