Introduction: This was my first time but my son was had been here before.
Welcome: Purchased tickets at concession stand. The cashier was very friendly. She repeated my order back to ensure everything was correct.
Ambiance: It was clean upon entering the lobby area and inside the theater. The seats were comfortable.
Food: My son had the kids box (popcorn, drink, and gummy fruit snack) which he enjoyed.
Price: Movie theater food is just overpriced!
Experience: It was a typical movie experience.
Will return: Yes
Stars: Four stars because there was nothing that stood out to make it a spectacular experience.

Terrible establishment. Multiple cars get broken into every year at this location and they never do anything about it. Police are familiar with this movie theater because of this problem. My car got broken into and nothing was done about it. No cameras or security and they know cars get broken into frequently. It's sad. Avoid this theater at all costs for peace of mind.

Would not recommend. On appearance the building needs work. The movie we watch was disrupted by noise/music at an adjacent theater. Suspect that soundproofing may have deteriorated. I think some capital improvements are needed to make the building more suitable as a movie venue. We could have mentioned this to the staff. But as we already woke someone up earlier we didn't want to disturb them any further.

The staff is very pleasant, but the facilities are just subpar. Lacking concessions with ever increasingly limited options. Uncomfortable seating. Aging screens and sound. You're paying a normal, full price Regal admission for what is quickly beginning to resemble a discount cineplex, which is a shame. I'd really hate to see Hollywood 24 go away given its history (maybe it's time to revert it back to a drive in?), but I'd say go to any number of other theaters that are much nicer and relatively nearby.
Which theater? Some are set up for better sound.. Check the movie you plan on viewing, then ask the cinema rep if that particular theater has the enhanced Dolby sound.
The manager usually sits at the service desk, which is just through the glass doors past the ticket booth, and right before you get to the ticket taker.
Ok so I bought a ticket to see Nun but something came up so we had to go I asked for a refund but I paid card. They asked for my card and said they refunded the money how long does the transaction take?

Usually to get a refund on any debit or credit card is five to seven days. It just depends who your card is through and their policies.
No, but on the plus side this means more seats per auditorium and no reserved seating whoch makes it easier to spontaneously meet up without too much planning. If you sit in a row behind the handicap area you van often use the rail as a foot rest if the theater isnt too crowded.
Matinee showtimes vary from theater to theater in the website is not specific about this theater. I find that the matinee price tickets tend to be before 5 in the afternoon. You can check on the app if you want to know about a specific movie. The prices are also a little non-standard but seem to be around 12 or $13 for matinee.
Matinees are the cheapest around $13
Regular showings are around 16 in the evening.
3d is around $20 this week.
Prices are odd amounts and vary by time and events. The app is helpful for checking prices.
