This location often runs out of pan pizza dough. They tried to call and can't start a regular hand tossed order until they confirm it's okay, so when you arrive you have no pizzas and have to wait another 20 minutes for them to cook it. They don't know how to refund you for the pan upcharge either because they can't recreate any of the deals when you order through their website. This caused frustration by the employee who was then frustrated with me.

I ordered the celebration meal. My 2 medium pizzas were under cooked and they forgot the 2 liter Pepsi. The delivery driver said I would be refunded for the missing item. I have NOT received a Pepsi or my refund. I hadn't ordered Pizza Hut for a while. It will probably be a while until next time.

My pizza was delicious but my driver was better. I saw him set my pizza on the front step and was letting him finish before getting up to grab it (contactless delivery+ my dogs goes nuts when someone is at the front door) he actually came back up my steep driveway to make sure I knew my pizza was there so it didn’t get cold sitting out there before I could enjoy it.

Easy process. I ordered on the app for in store pick up and walked in and saw the screen with my name and ticket # and status - "ready". We just moved into the area and will definitely be using this Pizza Hut as our go-to.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery two days ago and it was never delivered. Today I ordered a pizza by phone and they didn’t took my ordered.

Wow, have you talked to the manager about the problem you're having? If you are not satisfied afterwards ask them for the contact info of the regional manager or complain to customer service.....they are pretty good at compensating for your inconvenience.
