I have been coming here (both the old and the newer location) for many years and am always grateful for the work that is done on shoes, luggage, and dog gear. The complaints I see on this site have nothing to do with the workmanship and getting the work done in a timely way—they are all about personal interactions. People need to realize that there is not one perfect way to engage with customers. I am grateful that this service exists and can be relied upon.
