After a certain car dealership service removing (what they claimed-a faulty auto starter). I had a new auto start placed with expertly installed. This is one of the few places I would trust when it comes to installing electronics. I highly recommend you come here for service.

Bought a 75” TV and setup delivery for a Saturday within 8am- 1 pm window. Tv that was was delivered was broken and I was told they could get a replacement out same day between 1-8 so I waited until 8 and called in when nothing had arrived. I was told they don’t do same day delivery so there was never a chance it was coming and I would receive a call in 4 working hours. I never received a call when I called back in all they said they could do was push the delivery out until Monday between 7-1 (now working on 18 hours waiting for working version of product I’ve purchased). I was told to go into the store as they could not do anything more online. In the store I was just told sorry this is the way it is we can deliver a replacement on Monday. There was no consideration for time wasted or multiple people failing to follow through on what they communicated. Terrible experience, go elsewhere if you can.

All they want is your money, support a real business and by directly from the manufacturer. Didn't know store managers could wear t-shirts at Bestbuy... must be nice to dress down and look like trash on a sales floor.

Staff, location, and all that is great. Why do these exist? Brick and mortar tech stores are literally the last resort, and they don't even have anything you need. They always have the next best thing. They provide products that are the consumer equivalent of taking your step sibling to prom. You can just order from best buy online, that's what they will tell you to do anyways if you go in looking for anything specific.

If you covered the printer with an extended warranty Best Buy will simply replace it through Geek Squad.
I believe you can apply both online and in person
I agree with Mohammed. They are busy most of the year and with the pandemic I think they have less staff than usual. If you do go into the store I have found their folks to be quite helpful. Yesterday I arranged the curbside pickup and the procedure went flawlessly!
You can also make an appointment online on the store of your choice, then you will be able to go inside to see what's available and the phones out before buying them
Ok
No one has them in any stores nationwide. The only way to get them is to order them online.
