I went in to the sit down meeting with Dianne, told her about my case, and that I didn't want to use the same lawyer I had before because her retention fee was $2,500 she "said you should have used us our fee is only $1,800". Beware this is a lie Dianne and her associates charge for every email, every phone call, and any time you speak with them. We settled a child support case with the other party before ever going to court, and her firm sent me an extra $1,890 bill stating I used up my retention fee. THE ONLY THING I DID WAS ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS FOR THE CASE!!!!!!!! YOU SHOULDN'T CHARGE ME FOR COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!

If you’re in the Central Valley, Dianne and her team are some of the best in family law. Dianne helped me with my annulment, child support and custody. Annulment are difficult to win in California, but thanks to her 30+ years of experience and expertise, I won mine without difficulty. Thought the whole process, she was not only kind and understanding, but she also assistive and firm when needed. This was a very rough time for me, but I made a great decision hiring her.

Dianne and her staff are A+mazing!!! They put my custody case together in two weeks. Diane and her staff worked like what felt round the clock hours to ensure my case was solid. I first met Diane about twenty years ago. She won my case then and recently won another case for me with the same fierce, determined, (let’s get down to it) personality that gets the job done. I highly recommend her services and will use her again if needed in the future.

Lindsay is great. She is one of the attorneys at the firm. She is honest, upfront and really professional. She was always available to answer my questions. I definitely recommend her.
I AM NOT AN EXPERT, but I have been through a lot of custody issues with my son. The age 14 doesn't constitute ignoring the order or agreement. 14 seems to be the age where the judge will more heavy consider your child's opinion. If your child is wanting to see the non custodial parent more, then why would you not? You might have great reasons like I do with my ex. What is in the best interest of the child? This weighs heavy on the court. If the non custodial parent wants more time with the child and you don't agree, the non custodial parent needs to file paperwork with the court. At that point, Dianne is the best to retain! Will have no one else represent me but her. No one else compares!
