Dalene the manager for the most part has been very helpful and kinda of lenient except when it came to my car being behind on registration. If you communicate with her she is pretty lenient. I didn't agree with the 150 dollar rent increase. After 3 years, I agree with some of the applicants with the availability, I had to rent without seeing my apartment. But for the most part they are pretty fair.
