Do they provide funeral services

No they don't but the Marine Corps League can be requested to do a military honor guard at a funeral. The Hall is also available for rental to hold your event.

Can I apply for a veterans ID at the VFW Post 6604 with my DD-214 paperwork? Joe Giacomini

No, but you can join the VFW Post 6604 and then you will have a veterans card. You can also get a veterans designation on your drivers license.
