Fish was good, but not too smart putting signs everywhere that any extra sauce is more $$ and no free drink refills. And mask required signs everywhere...front door, cash register, restroom doors. Newsflash....the pandemic is over. The 3.5% upcharge for using a credit card was LOL, because it amounted to $1.35 on my order. I was going to leave a $3 tip but left $0 when I got hosed on that. So Tugboat lost an extra $1.65. Smarten up your business model Tugboat.

Quality has nose dived. Fish was bland and tasteless with such thick batter. Even the tartar sauce tasted watered down

I can tell you.... I have tried many a fish and chips place.. but the owner is very polite and makes your interaction memorable. The food is always cooked to perfection. Catfish here...mmmm perfect. The prawns are great as well. Just go already....lol
