1st time visiting was very stand offish. Asked to pet their new puppy and he said no...he bites. Was a yellow lab or golden. Either way, don't bring your puppy to work if you are so protective. 2nd time I bought 2 rods and reel combos. They were cheap and for the kids. When I pulled line out to wire swivel tip broke off. 2nd rod same thing an hour later..ruined fun for kids. Went back and suggested a discount towards more expensive set. He said NO...you slammed a door on them. I offered to pull line out on 2 new ones and if 1 broke he buys mine back and if not I buy the new ones. His reply was "I can't afford to give rods away for free". So he basically admitted they would break. 3rd time in reluctantly called and asked if they had a floating bait bucket with the springed door typical of a Frabil. He said yes come on down. When I got there all they had was the flat top bucket type you put on land. Wasted my time and had to back track to Atlantic Bait who has since got about $7000 in sales from me as they are extremely accommodating and honest. This guy has no customer service and poor inventory.

The owner spent over an hour and a half with me selecting, assembling, setting up a new rod and reel then helped out setting up the new tackle box. Great experience, learned a lot.
