I like going in the store to order. The guys make my sandwich with all the extras. Chicken, portobello mushrooms, onions peppers, extra Swiss on whole wheat- at the end add banana peppers, raw onion and jalapeños. Yum!!

Updated review 5/30/22 it took over 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time to get my food. Meaning it took more than an hr from time of order to get my sub. I understand a delay on a busy day but this is terrible. At least let me cancel the order.

I really used to love Jersey Mike's, but now their subs are a little on the thin side, the cold cuts are salty and the prices are expensive for a chintsy sandwich. The place is clean and great for a quick bite but that's about it. Kind of disappointed in what they're turning into.

After ordering and having my sandwich fully made I realize I’d forgotten my wallet. After checking my points, I didn’t have enough to cover it so the manager offered to pay for the sandwich on his own rather than having to go all the way back home to grab my wallet. A great gesture on his part! I took their number and called him with my credit card once I got home.
