I am the housekeeper here and I wanted to post an update.. Our rooms have all been recently remodeled and this past week all the new furniture was put in all 20 rooms! It looks so nice and clean (if I may say so myself) A lot of our guests return at least once a year and some guests return on a regular basis. I'm sure you will love the new furniture and rooms as much as I do.. If you are planning to reserve a room for an upcoming stay I can't wait to meet you when you arrive. The room was filthy. There were crumbs in the beds and stains all over the sheets, there were dirty napkins on the floor, dead bugs, dust and dirt everywhere, the floor was sticky, and the smoke detector was also missing. When trying to discuss the concerns we were told the manager will call us about it and they never did. I then contacted them again to try and get a refund after it being so filthy that we could not stay there, and I was hung up on and then still told the manager isn’t there. Filthy and unacceptable service.

Roses Flowers

The rooms are unclean. The bedspread had stains and cigarette holes in them. The refrigerator had crumbs in it; and the floor/carpet had crumbs on the floor. Linen on the bed is hard and scratchy to the touch. Upstairs hallway is filthy. Looks like the Water Street Rescue Mission. No breakfast and the parking is minimal. Also, a bit noisy due to the location.
