After several bad experiences in this store I can affirm that I will no longer be shopping at Men’s Wearhouse. The employees do not care about the customers and the managers do not manage the employees properly. I came several times to get the same suit tailored, each time they messed up what they were supposed to do. When the tailor finally did their job correctly, someone failed to press the suit properly. I asked them to do it again, wait 10 minutes, and it comes back looking exactly the same as when I sent it back. The store itself looks shoddy, like they haven’t had the carpets cleaned in a couple years and a rickety heat vent connecting to an electric space heater right in front of the shirts. Just overall a bad experience and a poor looking store. Do not come, avoid at all costs.

Had great experiences with 2 employees, but the manager marked down my free suit from 850 to 150 without telling me, when I went to exchange it. Found a very nice suit (separates). The jacket was the right size but the pants had to be ordered. The pants arrived fairly quickly but the sales staff never called me, as promised, to advise. Also the time they needed to alter the slacks was unacceptable. I had to bring the pants to my own tailor. Nice clothes, weak service.
