Lovely customer service. I had doubts on going in to buy a pair of dress shoes, however, this gentleman directed me to the perfect pair! He was very comical as well, it lightened the place a lot! I regret not asking for his name, but this particular day, I believe he was wearing a light blue polo shirt and brown dress shoes. He deserves a raise!

Michelle and John are hands down the best ! We live in Texas and order from there the suits came to Staten Island with all wrong sizes but Michelle and John helped us get all right sizes and made us feel important and took care of us , Very professional!

Bought a custom suit and 2 extra pants a few months ago. The hem on 2 pair of pants was coming undone. I brought all 3 pair in this morning, and the gentleman immediately took them and had them altered, I had my slacks back before I could even finish looking at all their amazing clothing. This place truly cares about their customers, and has impeccable customer service. I am so glad I had my suit made with them: besides the great fit and feel of the suit, knowing that they will alter it immediately for you makes all the difference. I am extremely happy!!!
