I think so. But the workers will tell you explicitly that that's not a good way to contact them. I guess you can ask them in person what your other options are. If you don't live around here, I'm not sure what the other option is though.

USPS does not monitor this site you can go to their website and put in the dimensions of the box and the weight and they will offer different methods of shipping and you can pick the cheapest one
