Never mind the srvc it's poor. But the chicken itself is bland no distinction. Better off 2 blocks away at KFC.

They customer service skills suck they are very rude and slow the establishment is nasty as hell they don’t wear hair nets I found a piece of hair in my mash potatoes they redip the fries and chicken when it gets cold this I witnessed with my own eye

YES, I concur Vallejo is all the above and some. I am a open minded person and I believe everyone has a right to work to support themselves and there families, but if you want my money PLEASE speak English well enough to get my order right!

After waiting in the drivethru for 10mins decided to walk in an there was no one other that the staff inside an on car at the window 6 staff working worse service ever

The service does indeed suck, but with limited options I look past it and kill them with kindness. I'm mean honestly, has anyone ever seen an outlet of this franchise in a good part of town? I've been all over this country and I know when I am craving Church's Chicken to go to the worst spot in town and there it is.
