The place is not so great. I talked to some lady that worked there on the phone, and she was rude and impatient. Highly would not recommend this place. Their shop makes Target look Gucci.

They took my receipt lost it and then acted dumb refusing to give me my money back. Over $100 purchase!! These are ignorant and unprofessional employees over at this location! Beware!

I like Rainbow shops and I like to shop there sometimes but I've noticed that their items aren't readily available. They'll get new stuff in and just have a bunch of off sizes in specially their shoe department

Refunds are given on regular, sale and clearance-priced merchandise returned with the original receipt and tags attached. Footwear must also be returned with the original box.
