While we have an IPL, we don't perform this type of treatment. It would be best to come in for a consult, but a long term solution for blackheads is unlikely. While you can eliminate the oil and dirt, the pore would still be present.
We certainly see patients with Medi-Cal, and patients who are uninsured. For rates you would have to call our office for specifics.
