The worrk was done to expectations, new oil and filter as promised. Howsoever, the time frame i was given the expectation for when i checked in for my 8 am appoinment at 7:53 am, of aproximatly one hour, was not met at all. When i inquired with at aproximatly 9:10 am i was told it was almost don. Then at 9:30 i went out side to the service advoser booth to ask, and that is qhen i noticed my truck had not even been moved inside yet. They did move it in after i started questioning the fact it wasn't done yet, and it was brought out to me with in 20 minuets, but i stilll missed a meetimg with my mother's doctor while she was inparient at Northbay. I would have been able to re schedule this IF i had been made aware that there was a delay earlier on, and hhad been dealt with in honesty. I will of course stiill have to use this dealership as there is a recall for my 2020 Frontier, but jave considered driving to Fairfield or Davis for this. As well where is my wheel lock key i ordered on 20 May 2022?
