0= if your insurance tows here they will happily give you a ride in a golf cart & tell you that they have already robbed & vandalized all your personal property while stored on site, despite arrival photo evidence! + it took a week to return my vehicle "because they were unable to load with a blown tire" when that was ONLY REASON it was there to begin with!

Terrible customer service. I was automatically charged $200 to renew my yearly membership yet I never opted in for automatic renewal. It is impossible to opt out online off because the toggle off button does not even work! Contacted costumer service and was completely ignored, I had to have my bank undo the renew fee! Ridiculous!

This place of business keeps you waiting and waiting to bring the cars out to be picked up. They have no good customer service and they are very disrespectful to their customers.
