I had a travel trailer broken into and they told me it was wear and tear. I'm so mad and will be cancelling my policy with them. How is a window awning bent back from ppl breaking in wear and tear. Guess police report doesn't mean anything......scammers

Good place to work. Good people. The company has pretty good employee focus as far as call centers go. Love all you guys! For everyone else, the pay is not bad, and the work is fairly easy with as much hand holding as you need to get going. If you are burnt on call center work, I wouldn't recommend it.

They Send me to collection for 200 dollars!!!. Was a customers for 3 years no late payments i had their best coverage no accidents no tickets. They said they lost my bank information.They Never called to solve the problem with me and i was told i had to pay all this fees and that it was my fault.. Automatic (payments for 3 f ing years..) They keeped my 300 dollar deposit. I tryed to fight it but they didnt care about me anymore.. Imagine if an accident had happend to me during that time what i would had to go thru. Good luck good drivers out there. BY THE WAY YOUR COMERCIALS MAKE NO SENCE AND WHAT EVER HAPPEND TO THAT GIRL?? IS SHE WITH SPRINT NOW TOO?
